Body T-8 Isn’t just about losing weight, its about transforming your body to your desired shape and size. For some this will be weight loss and for others it might be weight gain, you might want to build up your upper body or reduce your waist size.
However, the thing that will be true in most cases is reducing your unhealthy body fat % and increasing your healthy muscle and this is achieved through exercise and healthy eating (we do not use the word diet around here).
Body T-8 is an 8-week training program , it's a combination of Online or Personal training with an 8 week clean eating program.
