8 week body transformation program

What is Body T-8

Body T-8 Isn’t just about losing weight, its about transforming your body to your desired shape and size. For some this will be weight loss and for others it might be weight gain, you might want to build up your upper body or reduce your waist size. 


However, the thing that will be true in most cases is reducing your unhealthy body fat % and increasing your healthy muscle and this is achieved through exercise and healthy eating (we do not use the word diet around here). 


Body T-8 is an 8-week training program , it's a combination of Online or Personal training with an 8 week clean eating program.


What you will achieve in 8 weeks – 

· 3-5% reduction in body fat

· 10-15 total inches lost

· Increased muscle mass

· Improved fitness 

· Introduction to clean eating

Clean -8 Eating Plan

Any body transformation goal must include healthy eating. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or gain muscle how and what you eat will determine if you fail or succeed.

  

With Body T-8 it is all about clean eating which means -

  • Reducing sugar
  • Increasing Protein
  • Decreasing unhealthy fats & increasing healthy fats


But most importantly eliminating processed foods and eating fresh and whole foods, more fruit and veg, less red meat, more fish and white meat.
