I am a freelance Personal Trainer and I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I started in fitness management then went onto sales and marketing management in the public and corporate sectors.
I have always Personal Trained even when was in management but then I realised I enjoyed personal training a lot more than management and I have been a freelance PT since 2002.
I believe in training clients the same way I train myself; firstly I enjoy what I am doing which makes me look forward to every workout I do and secondly every training session is aimed at helping me achieve my long term goal one workout at a time.
