Posture@Work is a proactive approach to helping people with back pain or posture related injuries, it is a group training service performed in the corporate sector and looks at correcting posture through exercise and desk ergonomic assessments.
There are many benefits to Pilates from helping people with back pain, correcting posture and improving balance. I teach classes, one-to-one sessions and group mat based Pilates sessions.
